3nd year student (senior) in high school in Japan.
Ran 5K in 18:15. Not a hard pace. No heavy breathing. Legs started to feel it a little at the end.
I have a 10K race this coming weekend.
I would like to run about this pace for the 10K.
Cool down to about 6 miles.
6 easy miles.

It has been a long couple of years coming back from a couple of injuries, but I am now running better than ever.
