Attended Japanese high school and finished in March 2020. Was very lucky to be able to be a member of a very good team of runners at my high school, even though I was injured most of the time and was not able to be much of a contributor. Am currently doing an Engineering internship at a large manufacturer of Automotive transmissions, etc. It is really exciting. In spring of 2021, if COVID-19 has subsided, I am planning to serve an LDS mission, after which I plan to go to college and study Engineering.

AM: 10 easy miles. Had a lot of things going against me for this mornings run. Had terrible stomach cramps, and it was raining, but I was able to get out and complete the run.

PM: Easy 6 miles. Still had stomach cramps, but not as bad as this morning.

AM: 10 miles easy.

PM: 8 miles easy. I didn't think I was going to get this run in. After my morning run we had some really violent weather. Heavy winds and rain. But it stopped before my run.

AM: 15 miles easy with 200 m sprint at the end of each mile. I have been doing 200m sprinting at the end of each mile during my long runs for the past few weeks, and it seems to really be helping.

PM: Easy 6 miles.
